A Pre-Invite Offer is similar to a shopping cart where you can load in Offers before they are sent to the Creators. You will be able to edit your Pre-Invite Offers at any time until they are sent to the Creator as a final Offer. In order to make a Pre-Invite Offer you must first have created your Project. Creating Your Pre-Invite Offers 1. Once in your Project, you will be taken to the Outline tab. From here navigate to the Offers tab and select Create Offer in the upper right-hand corner. 2. A fly out will appear where you will have the option to search for the Creator by their name or connections. You can also search through your Lists to send a Direct Offer to a Creator. Searching For A Creator - From the Creator tab on the fly out, enter the Creator name or connection in the box provided. Once the Creator(s) populate, click on the name of the Creator. Using Lists - From the lists tab on the fly out, click on the name of the List where the Creator you would like to send your Offer too is housed. Once the List populates, click on the name of the Creator. 3. After you have selected your Creator, you will need to enter your Offer Cost (this will be for the entire project and not per social platform). Please note that not all Creators will have multiple connections for each platform. 4. Now that you have entered your Offer Cost you will have the option to choose where you would like content published. You will be provided with the following options: Let the Creator Choose - The Creator will be able to choose which Connection(s) to post their content on. Highest Reach - The platform will ask the Creator to post to the Connection(s) with the highest number of followers. Custom Connections - You will be able to choose which Connection(s) the Creator should post to for each Unit. You will be able to send an Offer to the Creator even if their Connection has not been added to the platform. The Creator will be prompted to connect before accepting the Offer. 5. After social connections have been determined, you will have the option to upload any additional terms & conditions documents that you may want to include for your Offer (this step is optional). 6. Once you have filled out all of your information, click Create Offer. At this point your Offer has not yet been sent to the Creator. 7. The flyout will close and you will be brought back to your Offers tab of your Project. Here, you will be able to edit your Offer if needed. If you do not need to edit your Offer, hit Send Offer. Sending and Editing Pre-Invite Offers In Bulk After you have created all of your Pre-Invite Offers, you will have the option to send them to the Creators selected in bulk. 1. Once in your Project, navigate to the Offers tab and click the checkbox next to Select All in the upper left-hand corner. 2. You will now notice that all of your Pre-Invite Offers have been expanded to show all Units within them, and all Units within those deliverables have been selected as well. Select All will have also changed to become a Bulk Actions option. 3. At this point, you may perform bulk actions on anything you choose to keep selected here. You can choose to select and delete specific Units within Offers, or alternatively you can delete entire Offer if you wish. You can also choose to select and send any or all Offers, or select and update specific Units. And you may also select to email Creators from here. 4. Once you have determined the action you would like to take, select your desired option from the Bulk Actions dropdown. 5. A pop-up will appear confirming that you would like to take your selected action. From here you can click to either Cancel or Confirm your action.
If you have a specific Creator in mind that you would like to make an Offer to, you will first need to make them a Pre-Invite Offer. This help doc will provide you some insights in how to accurately plan for your Creator activation. UNITY SEARCH RATES A good place to start is by using Unity Search and referencing the Rates that Creators have already provided in Search, or the estimates that the system generates. By using saved Communities, or searching for Creators using filters to narrow down your results, you’ll begin to see what Creators could charge to participate in your campaign. Average Rate vs. Platform Rate Your search results will provide you with a range of Creator rates, which have either been inputted by the individual Creator, or calculated based on past work within the platform. The rate you see within the Search results is an estimate based on all of their connected channels. Clicking View Profile will show you a cost breakdown per platform. You can also sort by Highest Rate or Lowest Rate by clicking on the drop down menu Best Match. You can choose either a total Rate, or by Platform. OPEN BID Within the platform, you have the option to Create a Project and turn on Open Bidding. This allows you to share the details of your Campaign with a selection of potential Creators and have them provide you with their asking rates. Providing specific details about your Campaign requirements will better help the Creators give you a more accurate estimate of what they would charge to partner with you. CAMPAIGN VARIABLES Ultimately, pricing really does depend on the ask for the Campaign and will fluctuate based on some variables. You may need to compensate them for some or all of their time and expenses they may incur. For example: Project Requirements - typically the more you require a Creator to do for the Campaign, the higher their asking rate will be. A few examples that might increase their rates: Purchase and feature your product; Attend an in-person event; Travel to a near or far location; Develop and cook a recipe; Followers - The higher number of followers you require a Creator to have on their account, the more likely they are to charge a higher rate. Consider working with a mix of Micro and Macro Creators to make your budget go further. Content - the type of content you are looking for. For example, do you want a photo or an edited video. Consider a mix of content types, including photos, carousel posts (multiple photos), videos, and stories for your campaign. Niche Creators - if you are looking for a very specific type of Creator in a small niche market, it is likely these Creators will charge more than if you were looking for Creators in a more general audience, for example foodie or lifestyle. Timing - If you have a last minute campaign and are asking Creators to create and post their content within a very short period of time, or if the timing of your campaign launch is around other significant holidays, such as Christmas or Valentine’s day, their rates may increase.
In order to start calculating a budget for your Campaign, there are a number of factors to take into consideration that will affect the rates of Creator.
