Unity Workflow - Editing A Pre-Invite Offer

Once you have created your Pre-Invite Offer you will have the option to edit the offer. Users are able to edit multiple settings on an Offer before it is sent to the Creator. This article will walk you through editing specific items in your Pre-Invite Offer.

 Editing Your Offer Cost And Platforms

1. Locate the offer you would like to edit from the Offers tab. Click on the  icon and select Edit Offer

2. From here a flyout will appear where you can edit the Offer Cost and the Connections. 

3. Once you have made your edits, click Edit Offer

Editing Deliverables

1. Locate the Offer you would like to edit from the Offer tab. Click on the icon next the Creator name. Then select the icon again next to the Deliverable name From here a list of the Social Post Units will appear.

2. Click on the  icon next to the Unit you would like to edit and then select, Edit Unit

3. From here a flyout will appear where you will be able to edit all of the Details, Elements, Requirements and Due Date for this Unit. 

4. Once you have made your edit, click Save.

Adding Units

1. Locate the Offer you would like to edit from the Offer tab. Click on the icon next the Creator name. 

2. Click on the  icon next to the Deliverable you would like to edit and then select, Add Unit.

3. From here a flyout will appear where you can choose which Unit you would like to add to your Deliverable. Choose the Unit type and select Next

4. Then you will be able to choose which Connection you would like to use for this Unit. Select the Connection and click Next

5. You will then need to add all of the Unit Details, Elements, Requirements and Due Date.

6. Once you added this information, click Add Unit.

Removing Units

Please note that if you remove a Unit this action cannot be undone and you will have to add a new Unit to your Deliverable.

1. Locate the Offer you would like to edit from the Offer tab. Click on the icon next the Creator name. 

2. Click on the  icon next to the Deliverable you would like to edit and then select, Remove Unit
